Bazar Pro FAQs
BazarPro is a Business-to-Customer (B2C) e-commerce platform that sells products directly
to end customers.
No, account registration is not mandatory. Customers may place orders as guest users.
Customers may select a product, add it to the cart, proceed to checkout, provide delivery details,
and confirm the order.
BazarPro supports Cash on Delivery (COD) and selected electronic payment methods, subject
to availability.
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on the delivery location and
logistical conditions.
Delivery charges vary based on order value and delivery location and are clearly displayed at the
time of checkout.
Order tracking information is provided via SMS or WhatsApp after order confirmation.
Returns and exchanges are available on eligible products only, in accordance with BazarPro’s
Return & Exchange Policy.
Customers must contact BazarPro customer support within 24–48 hours of delivery to report
any damaged or incorrect items. Claims submitted after this period may not be entertained.
